CANCELLATION POLICY

To keep billing predictable and structured, Good Rack LLC uses a simple cancellation policy.

Ending Services

You may cancel services at any time with 14 days’ written notice.

Final Billing

Before cancellation is complete:

• all outstanding payments must be cleared

• all pending claims will be submitted

• a final report will be provided

Access Removal

Insurance portal access will be removed once services end.

Reactivation

If you return in the future, a new onboarding setup will be required.
